Lost 4 lbs on the first week!
I really found it remarkably simple. I don't feel or see any effect but I was happy to see the scale.
Starting Weight - 243.8 (grossly fat)
Week One Weight - 239.8 (grossly fat minus 4 lbs)
10% loss (WW 1st Goal) - 219.8 (24 lbs)
My Goal - 205 - I think 6'2" 205 lbs has a nice ring to it.
I certainly have no expectation to drop 4 lbs a week, but I am hopeful 2-2.5 is realistic.
